Well, if we consider that he is only Multi-Galaxy Buster (something that I don't really believe), he'd at least give them a hell of a fight.

Two days ago, I still thought that Supes could win...

 You don't have to be a multi Galaxy buster to beat superman. Do you know how hard superman punches? How fast he is when he's not allowed much time to accelerate? He doesn't compare to goku and beerus at all

Superman has bragged multiple times about being able to shatter small planets and split moons in half. The one time we see him punch a moon he put a big crack on it but he strained his hand. Speed wise he's NOT faster than light like you might be thinking. Only when allowed enough time accelerate. He can't fight or take off at the speed of light

As or thor, his speed is really weird. One comic he says that wolverines faster than him in a fight. Other comics he's keeping with sentry in a fight. His punch force I think is more impressive than supermans. The force of the punches when he was fighting someone I forget who was cracking nearby planets. The planet was pretty close but still

Meanwhile beerus starts going all out and the universe is at stake, has shown massively faster than light speed, and goku is matching him blow for blow
